Ways of Involvement of INSR

INSR Eating Behavior Monitoring and Counseling Guidance for the Volunteers

In the context of this cooperation, we have undertaken the dietary monitoring of the volunteers and the preparation of a special diet according to the nutritional requirements of the volunteer, in proportion to his motor activity and the individual peculiar characteristics on a case by case basis.

The member of INSR who is in charge of the dietary monitoring of the volunteers is Bessie Pagoni (see relevant biography below), for which there is a specific fee, as defined by the program.

Enhancing and Promoting Nutritional Education as a Basic Component for Quality of Life & Sustainable Environments

During these programs, local development actions in the field of Environment and Ecology will be implemented (recycling actions, upgrading of local parks and outdoor recreation areas, sports and cultural activities related to the promotion of quality of life and sustainable ecosystem, etc.).

We strongly suggest members of INSR to participate in all these activities by contributing and highlighting issues related to nutritional hygiene, the composition of the chain from production to consumption and relevant parameters of health and ecological character, etc.
